Montana recently enacted legislation asserting it's right to control firearm manufacturing and forbidding the Feds from having a say about it. From a legal standpoint they are spot on. The Empire in the District of Criminals has used the Interstate Commerce Clause to sink it's fangs into everything. That clause does not and can not apply to intrastate commerce. Silencers are expressly mentioned in the Montana legislation. I hope and pray that someone in Montana starts manufacturing automatic weaponry.
The rest of the sissy state governments could take a lesson from the REAL Americans in Montana. God Bless The Great and Free State of Montana!!!!!!!!
